Our Refund Policy
Your first lessons are crucial in setting the tone for your swimming journey. If you find that our teaching style isn't up to your standards after your first lesson, please immediately reach out to us so we can assign you an alternative instructor. In the unlikely scenario that the second instructor falls short of expectations, we will offer you a full refund of all unused credits.
