We understand that finding the right instructor is important. If something doesn't feel right, please let us know promptly so we can address your concerns early.
We'll work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include additional coaching support for your instructor or matching you with another instructor at no additional matching fee.
Your first lesson with each new instructor is covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you're not satisfied with your first lesson with an instructor, simply let us know promptly after the lesson, and we'll return that lesson credit to your package. We'll help you find another suitable instructor, with the same guarantee applying to their first lesson.
If a suitable solution cannot be found, refunds for unused lessons will be considered in accordance with our Refund Policy.
